الراوت بيتقفل لما اليوم يتحاسب. تلات حاجات ممكن توقفه، واتنين بس المفروض يوقفوه.
- مسودات فواتير المندوب نفسه بتمنع القفل. دي مستنداته واليوم مينفعش يتحاسب من حواليها.
- وأوردر المكتب اللي المندوب قِبله بيمنع برضه — من ساعة ما يقبله بقى بتاعه.
- وأوردر المكتب اللي المندوب معملوش قبول مش بيمنع. ده مش مستنده. وكان بيمنع قبل كده، يعني أوردر اتكتب والمندوب بيسوق كان بيعطّل التحاسب كله.

القفل بيرجّع الأرقام اللي استبعدها، باللغتين، والبورد بيفضل يعرض الأوردرات دي على إنها متقبلتش. والاستبعاد اللي محدش عارف بيه زيه زي رقم ناقص.

الرصيد السابق والحالي المطبوعين على فاتورة العربية هما الرصيد وقت المعاملة دي، مش رصيد العميل النهاردة. والفرق ده هو السبب إن إعادة طباعة فاتورة الأسبوع اللي فات بتعرض أرقام الأسبوع اللي فات — وده الصح. الفاتورة مستند تاريخي.
