What Inno Source is

Inno Source Tech Solutions is an Egyptian software company. It builds and operates Inno ERP, a multi-tenant enterprise resource planning system, and a family of hardware and mobile products that connect a business's physical operations — cameras, scales, printers, fingerprint readers, delivery vans, phones — to that system.

How it is sold

Inno ERP is sold as a subscription per company, on a plan. Each plan sets which modules are switched on, how many users are allowed and how many branches. The plans, their prices and their contents are published live at /pricing; they are not listed on this page on purpose, because a price written into a page is a price that goes stale.

A company can subscribe itself at /register. Each company gets its own isolated database schema and its own subdomain.

How the system is built

Multi-tenant. One deployment, one isolated schema per customer.
Bilingual throughout. Arabic (right-to-left) and English, chosen per user, not per installation.
Branch-aware. Stock, tills, journals and reports are scoped to the branch the user is standing in.
Egyptian e-invoicing. Built against the Egyptian Tax Authority's own SDK schemas.
Offline-capable in the field. The mobile and van apps queue work and sync when a signal returns.
