Inno Caller — know the customer before you answer

The caller’s name, balance and pinned note on screen before the phone is answered, and every call filed against them. No call-log permission.

The phone rings with a number on it. Inno Caller replaces that with the customer: their name, their balance, the note somebody pinned to their record — before it is answered — and files the call against them afterwards.

What it does

• A full-screen card at ring time with who is calling and what matters about them
• Every call recorded in the CRM against the right customer, with the duration
• Call back from the app; the outbound call is recorded the same way
• It tells the difference between five reasons a lookup can fail — no network, a rotated key, a deleted source, a switched-off source, a server error — and says which one, in Arabic or English
• If the phone stops it in the background, it says so, with when and for how long, rather than letting calls go unrecorded in silence

What it deliberately does not ask for

• It does not read your call log. That is a restricted Android permission, and the app is built not to need it.
• No password is ever stored on the handset. The phone is paired with a device secret, not with somebody's account.
• Nothing financial is sent to the handset by construction. The device holds a secret, not a user, so there is no one for the server to grant financial permission to.
• It does not become your default dialler.

Generate a pairing code in the CRM, install the app, scan or paste the code. Android; installed from your own system, not from a store.
