بوابة التحقق بترفض إرسال مستند هيترفض. وده عن قصد: المستند المرفوض يعني طابور تنضّفه وعميل تكلّمه تاني، ولقيان المشكلة عند الكاشير أرخص من لقيانها عند المصلحة.
عمره ما بيبعت مستند مش موقّع
التوقيع محتاج ختم الشركة الإلكتروني. ولو الموقّع مش متظبّط، النظام بيوقف بدل ما يبعت حاجة من غير توقيع — مفيش وضع بيبعت في الهدوء ويستنى الخير.
بيتطبع إيه على الفاتورة
QR حقيقي ورقم الإرسال، بعد ما المستند يتقبل. ولو المستند مااتبعتش أو اترفض، الفاتورة المطبوعة بتقول كده بالكلام — مش بتطبع QR مايودّيش لحاجة. الفاتورة اللي شايلة كود مزيّف أوحش من اللي مش شايلة حاجة.
